Job Description

  • Analisys daily target and performance
  • Supporting recruiting for sales and manage the KPI of each department and staff.
  • Summary and report the requestment from head quarter, each sales departments.
  • Useing and approval of planned budgets
  • Establishment of new sales action plan (human resorce, sales point, sales productibity etc) and support
  • In charge of proposing & building sales plan & strategiesto reach customers
  • Manage the day – to – day activities of Sales performance, including support staff to persuade and sell LFVN products & service.
  • Ensure all Sales Plan Development staff can understand customer needs as well as market trends to sell adequate products services
  • Cooperate with Sales, Products Development to build & execute marketing strategies Develop new Sales Plans When required.
  • Develop sophisticated views on new effective products for different customer segments, time of day.
  • ensure that the unit developing the sales plan complies with LTF policies & regulations.
  • perform other duties assigned by the Head of Field Operations.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree, major: Business Administration; Economic or related area
  • At least OS years of working experience in the position of sales plan manager in Finance or FMCG, especially banking products
  • In – depth understanding of banking, finance company products and services
  • Confident oral and verbal communication skills
  •  Working independently, always focusing on goals and customers
  •  Leadership and management of organiation skills
  •  Analytical, reporting skills
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
