Job Description

Trực tiếp thực hiện gọi điện thoại nhắc nợ/thu hồi khoản nợ theo danh sách khách hàng được phân công.
Báo cáo kết quả cuộc gọi lên hệ thống.
Theo dõi và báo cáo định kỳ về tình trạng nợ ( tới hạn, quá hạn ) cho Quản lý.
Ghi nhận và báo cáo ngay cho Quản lý các trường hợp có dấu hiệu gian lận, tiến hành xử lý kịp thời.
Các công việc khác theo sự chỉ đạo, phân công.

Job Requirement

Chăm chỉ, chịu khó, trách nhiệm.
Giao tiếp hiệu quả, biết lắng nghe, xử lý tình huống linh hoạt.
Có kinh nghiệm chăm sóc KH là 1 lợi thế.
