Job Description

1. Develop, refine, and operate products, programs, and promotions, ensuring alignment with regulations, policies, and company objectives.
2. Conduct preformance analysis of products, programs, and promotions.
3. Perform market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
4. Prepare relevant reports and maintain up-to-date knowledge and information on products, programs, promotions, market, etc.
5. Collaborate with ther departments to ensure seamless integration of products, programs and promotions, and facilitate communication channels for cross-departmental initiatives.
6. Other jobs required by leaders

Job Requirement

1. Strong foundational knowledge of the financial industry, including familiarity with loan products and programs.
2. Excellent logical reasoning skills to analyze complex data and make informed decision.
3. Proficiency in storytelling and narrative abilities to effectively communicate.
4. Exceptional comprehension skills and the ability to quickly learn to understand diverse business concepts, market trends, insites, etc.
5. proficiency in excel and data handling capabilities to analyze and interpret data accurately.
