Job Description

Product Development (PD):
- Market research, survey of competitors.
- Proposing new product ideas and working with relevant departments to develop card/ loan products (special: Cash loan, durable loan, car loan, Unsecure loan, Secure loan...)
- Managing existing products, giving ideas for improvement of existing products, working with relevant departments to implement improvements.
- Make requirement for set up card/loan products on the system and test it.
- Giving ideas for business promotion program, Responsible for the business results of the products they manage
Project Management (PM):
- Defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, and resource allocation.
- Identifying and managing project issues.
- Leading and coordinating project teams to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying potential problems, and implementing corrective actions.
- Communicating project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders.
- Managing stakeholder expectations and addressing their concerns.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Ensuring all project deliverables are completed and meet quality standards.
- Conducting post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Job Requirement

'- Graduated from university, is in economics, commerce, banking, finance
- There are skills:
+ Foreign language: Good English proficiency;
+ Informatics: Proficient in office computer software (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook, ...);
+ Able to plan, report, manage the implementation of the plan in accordance with the business objectives;
+ Ability to synthesize and develop policies;
+ Skills in coordination and team work;
+ Have communication and presentation skills;
+ Officer: Have at least 1 years of experience in banking and finance, experience at least 6 months with : loan core system: Los, LMS, ECM, Seller app, digital lending...
+ Senior: Have at least 3 years of experience in banking and finance, experience at least 12 months with : loan core system: loan core system: Los, LMS, ECM, Seller app, digital lending...
