Mô tả công việc

Developing & executing sales campaigns
Working closely with Sales, Business Development Department to maintain an up-to-date contact list of potential customers
Coaching and monitoring Team to achieve good KPI achievement
Updating and moritoring sales result, feedbacks from other departments and parners to push Team to meet the targets
Recording customer data and productivity metrics (e.g.. products & services sold per day) for productivity analysis and reporting purpose
Ensuring Team business operation in compliance with internal & external policies, regulations & standards
Managing and updating continuously call scripts/protedures
Establishing and maintaining relationships with agents and affiliates. Building good relationship with other departments in the company.
Regularly updating CF market changes and suggest/propose the method/solution to cope with change accordingly
Undertaking other tasks assigned by Head of Sales

Yêu cầu công việc

Uiversity Gradute, major: Business Administration, Economics or relevant areas
At least 4 years’ experience working in FMCG or Consumer Finance management position, preferably working in banking or financial institution.
Experience in regional Sales
Deep understanding of CF bank’s products
