Bước 2: Chọn nút "Nộp đơn" bên trên và làm theo hướng dẫn.
Bước 3: Sau khi hoàn tất bước ứng tuyển, nếu đã ứng tuyển thành công, Bạn sẽ nhận được Thư xác nhận ứng tuyển thành công từ LOTTE Finance. Vui lòng đọc email để nắm các thông tin hướng dẫn tuyển dụng tại LOTTE Finance.

- Optimize development processes and standardize methodologies and technical standards.
- Build and enhance development platforms to accelerate delivery and improve overall team efficiency.
- Propose and implement technical solutions to improve system performance, scalability, and consistency.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to integrate, deploy, and operate shared platforms.
- Manage team resources and report platform development progress to leadership.
1. Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software, or related field; or equivalent education and experience.
2. Relevant Knowledge / Expertise
- Demonstrated experience in developing or managing shared platforms, internal tools, or reusable components.
- At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Backend or Full-stack development, system integration, or platform engineering.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Node.js, or Go (depending on platform stack).
- Experience with microservices, API development, API Gateway, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or private cloud (e.g., RedHat OpenShift) is preferred.
- Understanding of system design, scalability, caching, messaging queues, and architectural best practices.
- Experience in optimizing development workflows, coding standards, and engineering productivity solutions.
3. Skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (English reading/writing mandatory; speaking/listening preferred).
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Backend, Frontend, Mobile, DevOps, QA, and OPS teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Self-driven, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
4. Additional Preferred Experience
-Experience in financial services or enterprise platforms (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing engineering teams or technical initiatives.
